Modified version of https://wago.io/oXVXYv_tm to work in tbc classic.
To get the required texture:
1. Download the 'SharedMedia_MyMedia' folder from https://wago.io/oXVXYv_tm
2. Place this directly into your '__classic__/Interface/Addons' folder
Also includes target's threat % (https://wago.io/TR0sbtr85) and name.
You may need to edit fonts to your liking.
