Changes the nameplate color to green, and flashes the health bar when missing rupture.
Import this under the "Modding" tab in plater and check the enabled checkbox.
The color of the healthbar can be changed in the constructor hook
Will only work for Assassination rogue's, it won't affect your frames on other classes or specs.
