the Target colour you can change what ever you want !!

and follow the instruction
-Extract the file to \World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\SharedMedia_MyMedia
[If there is no SharedMedia_MyMedia file then download the SharedMedia Addon or just create the folder
-Choose the arrow you want in Plater > Target > Target Bracket Indicator
also you have a list from Spezail Buffs, you see that on right side from Target (picture)
