Add a role icon into the nameplate of healers/tanks on BGs and arenas.
Based on https://wago.io/aIlB_UgaU, but
- does not require Details! Damage Meter
- uses ElvUi algorithm - scans BG/Arena scoreboard
- uses ElvUi role icons, so ElvUi required
Rationale: Details! algorithm identifies specs by analyzing spells being cast. For example, when a druid casts Rejuvenation then Details! can tell he is resto. This is not exactly precise as balance druid can use Rejuvenation with Restoration Affinity too. Also u can't know player's spec until he casts something spec specific. This mod scans BG/Arena scoreboard and therefore knows all specs exactly even before the match begins.
