Shows School Lock as Buff Special Icon if unit gets interrupted.
features:
- precise lockout timers (tnx @Honor, tbh i was sure all interrupts are 4 sec and just hardcoded that in)
- name of interrupt caster on icon (i.e. who interrupted)
- border color based on interrupted school (tnx @Continuity)
- option to ignore friendly units (tnx @Honor)
