Are you worrying about not seeing enemy nameplates on big pull because they keep stacking to the moon. If somehow you manage to see the nameplates, is it possible to see the buff/debuff or cast bar on each mobs? If it is your problem, my Plater profile will fit to you by introducing a compact profile that arranges everything needed for a nameplate close together while keeping them informative.
Want to soothe an enrage mobs in a big pack? Easy
Want to check if any mob is missing one of your debuff? Easy
Want to see which mob has higher health so you can focus to kill first? Easy
Want to see mob's health to Execute or Touch of Death? Easy
Want to purge a beneficial buff on a mob? Easy

The pandemic glow effect on the screenshot is currently only configured for Balance/Feral druid, in case of wanting to have glowing effect for your spec, you can add the debuff you want to have glow via "Scripting" => "DOT Pandemic Glow"
