Rogue Indicators [TBC]

Configurable mod that allows dynamic creation of icons on nameplates based on custom user provided validation.

Base config has 3 items associated with it:

1. Sappable: shows if unit is humanoid and not in combat
2. Shadowstep: shows if unit is in range and ss is not on cooldown
3. Blind: shows if unit is in range and blind is not on cooldown
