The blinking interval is changeable, the colour of the debuff that is about to expire will be missing.
If you want to use nameplate colour with other mods that change nameplate colour, uncheck "Reset colour after expire"
If you have weird scaling, enable "Use Custom Strata Channel" in "Level & Strata" section.
