Shortens spell names on the cast bar by limiting the pixel-width of the names, rather than characters.
Default length cap for Plater is 500 pixels; I've set it to 70 by default in this mod.
Limiting by width instead of characters allows you to allocate a specific, consistent proportion of the cast bar to spell names.
