Glows / Flashes / Colors the castbar if the cast's spell description contains certain text.

The idea behind this plater mod is to reduce the amount of work required when creating it manually.
The allowList / blockList is used in case you want to block or allow a spell regardless of spell description.
Sadly it only works for english client. Feel free to fork it and make it work in your own language.
