Tweaked version of the build in target alpha mod. Taking both player and unit combat status into account.
Alternatively, if you want everything of the nameplate components to fade out not only the health bar, you can change the unitFrame.healthBar:SetAlpha in every trigger to unitFrame:SetAlpha.
