Change color and thickness of border if unit is marked or targeted
It may use a lot more ressources when a huge groupe of adds spawns.

Changes :
- Added the "Target Changed" hook
- Added the change of color if the unit is targeted
- Added comments in the constructor
- Changed skull color to black to not conflict with the target border color
- Changed the Square color to a deep blue
- Changed the Moon color to a more teal blue for visibility purpose
