Add border glow and scale pandemic dots on nameplate
Most pandemic scripts use hardcoded value for pandemic length. This script sources value from applied spell, so it works more precise with e.g. rogue rupture.
Currently this only has rupture and garrote added. Add any other additional spells in scripting tab.
