Improved weakaura for chain slam baits.

• Adds a default animation, increases default font size, and adds a font color
• Tells you how long until you have to bait
• Reminds you with a distinct sound and a change in text to let you know when to move for your bait group
• Pops up with the bait group reminder for hateful charge
