Hi I suck at kicking so here's a solution.
Large castbar for kickable target casts.

Shows only interruptable casts. Non-interruptable is at the bottom and disabled.
Red = kick on cd but kickable cast. Green = kick off CD and kickable cast.
Sound is currently set to a custom file. If you'd like to change it, go to the aura called "Yes Kick Icon" and then Actions at the top. Change the Play Sound option On Show to whatever sound you want.
Same as focus castbar 'cept this is target.
