This WeakAura puts an icon on your screen for your combat potion, shows when it is active as well as on CD, and desaturates with a timer when it is off CD.
The timer is disabled by default, so using OmniCC to display it is highly recommended, as many WAs are set up the same way.
You can go under the Custom Options to select which potions you would like to show (see above screenshot).
