WeakAura to pre-select anima powers for keys to automatically pick up. To select the powers you want, go to the "Custom Options" section of the WeakAura and make sure it's for the correct role.
If you need a freshener of every power available to your role, then use the command !tormented in /say. This command does not always trigger reliably outside of groups, due to how Blizzard has implemented specialization checking within the API. (In case the command fails, you will get a notification saying that the server denied your request)
Global Cooldown will sometimes interfere with the closing of the selection window while in combat, but the power should still be automatically picked up. You can in most cases just press "esc" to close the window immediately, but do still check if your power got picked up.

For those wanting a quick fix for multiple dungeon support, put this aura in a group and duplicate it, then make the duplicates load only on specific dungeons and name them accordingly. At least until I figure out a design for the main aura.
