Removes the red/yellow ground circle under targets when fighting Algalon.
This really improves visibility under Algalon for melees when Cosmic Smash , Deadth and Decay or red target circle are stacked together.
Set CVar ObjectSelectionCircle to 0 on Algalon pull then set it back to 1 when combat ends.
