Weakaura: Anub's Pursuit Tracker

NOTE: This Weakaura is a work-in-progress and is untested.

Credit: This heavily uses Tems TOGC WA for tracking Anub's pursuit and most of the credit is due to them.

The purpose of this WA is to better track the pursuit of Anub and track his speed increases. It's displayed as a progress bar with breakpoints for each speed increase. Below are some sources and math on how to take advantage of these breakpoints.

Anub's speed increases over time

Anub casts "Pursuing Spikes" which has a 7 second duration during his submerge. Every time he casts it increases his run speed by 75%.

He increases in speed every 7 seconds by 75% and the base mob speed is 8yd/sec. This video shows the timing to roughly line up with the 7 second interval:

Player Speed Enhancements

A player has a base movement speed of 7yd/s and below we can use some items to increase it:

Strategy

In the scenario Anub is right on your tail, Dash, Sprint, and Swiftness pot will only help in the first 7 seconds.

After 7 seconds, you can outrun with Rocket Boots, but as soon as you reach 14 seconds you'll be completely reliant on distance you've already created, and he will quickly catch up with you.
