A graphic aura that counts the stacks of Arcane Harmony you have.
Also, a runic circle is shown when you have 4 Arcane Charges to let you know when you can use Radiant Spark without Touch of the Magi.
To remove the sound effect, just go to "Action" tab, and click few times on "play a song/sound" to put the line in inactive (grey). No selected sound should appear on the dropdown menu.
