Tracks duration of several Arcane Mage buffs. Tracks Time Anomaly procs too.
Bar 1 - Time Warp (includes other lust-type buffs from Shamans, Evokers and Hunter Pets). Also activates for the 6-sec Time Warp from Time Anomaly.
Bar 2 - Rune of Power. Turns yellow if you're outside the rune buff radius (note that the buff radius is actually about twice as large as the actual visual effect radius).
Bar 3 - Arcane Surge duration. Because casting Arcane Surge spawns a Rune, this bar activates alongside Bar 2 under normal circumstances. For Arcane Surge procs from Time Anomaly, only this bar shows up.
