This Weak Aura set adds Diminishing Returns to arena 1 2 and 3, so you don't have to look down at gladius to see if you can CC the target.

Changes from his version I made were to spell IDs only. Scatter shot is now an incap DR with trap. Trap's spell IDs have been updated. Fear's spell ID's have been updated.
