This is my attempt to create a WA setup using personal resource display. Icons only appear when they are out of cooldown and cooldown remaining <5.

The nameplate addon I'm using is nPlates and it modifies Blizzard's Personal Resouce Display so all fits together very well. Also the font I'm using is Century Gothic Bold.
