This weakaura will automatically open any clams you loot while in Zangarmarsh and Coilfang dungeons.
For efficiency reasons, it is set to only load while in these zones because it is triggered whenever something in your bags change. This can be changed in the Load tab so it can work with other clams looted from Azeroth zones.
The message printed to the chat window when a clam is automatically opened can be disabled in the Custom Options tab.
