Displays:
- Time remaining per Eclipse
- Stacks of Wrath and Starfire before triggering an eclipse
- Hides either the Starfire or Wrath display when you cannot trigger the related eclipse or are in the unrelated eclipse.
Currently only shows when in Moonkin form.
