If afterimage interruptorder differs from frieda, then duplicate the weakaura and delete one of the npcIDs

"Allow ERT note …" setting relies on the unit being marked at all times.
It shows the current interruptorder on the specified enemys nameplate.
Successful casts or interrupts increase it by 1.
