I modified some tank trinket WA to track the new Chains of Domination trinket's cd and the dmg to pop+time to pop values.
Must target the original target until u pop it, otherwise it changes back to simple CD tracker.
(I'm not a pro in WAs just made up some stuff but working kinda)
