This weak aura is now obsolete in version 8.X (Battle for Azeroth).
Dynamic icon which will count Rampage hits and indicate the ideal time to press Battle Cry in order to clip the last two hits into the buff.
By default, this indicator shows in all content types. To restrict to raids only, check the "Instance Type" box twice (screenshot below).
This version has an audio cue (gasp); it can be changed or removed by adjusting the file path in the screenshot below.
