Updated version of my Cotank Frame weakaura from Sanctum (https://wago.io/Kgq86wdw-) for Sepulcher of the First Ones.
Used to automatically track cotanks health bar and debuffs in Sepulcher without requiring use of a Focus.
Cotank personal defensives have been removed to improve performance with the WA; I will probably add these back in a future update depending on if I can improve the performance.
