I wanted a simple bar to display my Consecration timer. I found this SotR bar by Fatpala: https://wago.io/9E0R2rDHt and decided to copy it's style.
Only shows in combat
Bar is green if standing in your Consecrate.
Bar is red if not standing in your Consecrate.
