Consecration Bar for Tank, changes colour to red if consecration is down but you are not standing in it
Version 1.0.1 contains less flashing stuff and no sounds if you rather fancy the old version
If you don't want the Gasp sound when out of consecration/consecration fading then remove the sound from Condition 6
