**No longer developing this WA, there's an addon that does this much better called 'Neverforget'
This weak aura helps to ensure you have all the consumables and gear you need for your scheduled raid. It strictly loads in major cities and won't appear without the assistance of a macro. Each grouping of consumes or gear is an independant aura so you can remove or unload any you don't want. I filtered the list to what is relevant to me so if you think of something i should include please let me know.

colors for have it in your bag, have it but it's in the bank, and don't have it.
counts all bijous in your bag and bank. nobody cares how many of a specific bijou, just that they have enough to get zanzas.
added all craftable and naxx drop frost gear
required macro:
