General purpose WA for Cooldowns and Trinkets, shows up only in combat, glowing icons when abilities are off cooldown. Can be used for any class or trinket simply by changing the name of the ability / trinket in Trigger 1 of each.
They're all set to 40% opacity (40% alpha).
