The raidleader uses the separate Raid Leading version of this WeakAuara and assign cooldowns on each fight and when it's your turn to pop a cooldown you will get the assigned ability as an icon with a countdown until its time to use the ability!
All raiders need the reciever to get assignments (even the raidleader).
