Crowd control, immunity and some defensive/offensive buffs on target and player
Priority: Immunity > stuns > rest CC (fear, polly, blind etc.) > silences and disarms > defensive and offensive buffs.
Pretty much BigDebuffs addon for target and LoseControl for player with some adjustments that fit rogue.
