Shows CDs for Riptide and Primordial Wave in a circle around your cursor. Also plays a sound when either is off cd. The lower right quarter of the circle is left without CD bar, so there is no interlap with the cursor.
For readability, the bars are colour coded:
Pink -> at least one riptide charge is availabe
Blue -> currently nor riptide charge available
Yellow -> P-Wave is on CD
Green -> P-Wave is ready
