Tracks who in your raid is rolling damage cooldowns and highlights them on your raid frame. Only shows people with more than 14 seconds remaining on their CDs.
Please let me know if some buffs are missing, or buffs listed are not worth tracking. Icy Veins was left out because that should be 100% uptime.
