Plays a short "Blip" sound every time you refresh Burning Wound on a target. Intended to be an unobstrusive audio queue to help with applying BW with DB.
Custom sound is an adaptation of a "Blip" from freesound https://freesound.org/people/junggle/sounds/26777/ I just shortened the lead and trail off, and dropped the amplitude a bit.
