Devastation Evoker Dynamic Weakaura package
All active talents tracked, the weakaura is dynamic and expands based on which abilities are talented.
The cast bar and essences both dynamically size to the width of the main bar.
This is a beta version, please leave feedback or bugs and I will update. Please keep in mind, weakauras is still in beta and things like the evoker empowered castbar may still change.
