[DH][DPS][1][8.3] BUFF ANIMATION

This is the first part of my interface for DH DEVASTATION. I put it on wago for backup purpose but I put it in public ICO people may be interested in

I'm not using ELVUI but MASQUE for the style

(!) It has been made in french game so adjustement may be required for some spells (just changing the name or put the spell id manually..) same for shortcuts, it's some manual text you have to change by your own binds (!)
