Puts icons on your screen when you're missing critical shaman buffs based on your spec (intended for dual spec ele/resto shamans -- I don't know anything about enhance)
Tells you some things:
1. if you don't have Water Shield up
2. if you are Resto and you have no Earth Shield on anyone
3. if you are Resto and don't have Earthliving Weapon on
4. if you are Ele and don't have Flametongue Weapon on
