Alerts (by showing a text and playing a sound) when you try to dispel a friendly target (a healer's dispel) and cast the spell, but it didn't dispel anything, so you can cast it again.
This is useful when more than one healer cast a dispel on the same target at almost the same time, so that the second healer notices that, since they didn't dispel anything, the can dispel another target.
