Spams raid marker every two seconds to say chat if you have affix debuff (says only once when applied, but starts spamming when under 10 seconds is left on debuff), Cross for Wind/Red debuff and Square for thunder/blue debuff. Once there is 5 seconds left, will also include countdown in say message. If you have no pair to get rid of debuff it should not print anything to chat.
