Drums of Battle buff tracker with a tinnitus tracker that announces to party chat the remaining duration of the debuff at 15, 10 & 0sec left of it. The announcement part only loads for the person that used the drum.
If you're using OmniCC (or similar addon) just untick the "Hide Cooldown Text" and then "Show Text" on Text 1 (under the Display tab).
