Utility spells only show in a specific spot when on CD. The absence of an icon lets you know the ability can be used.
Lava Burst charges are shown as flames in center of the screen. Lava Surge procs are brighter and slightly bigger.
Plays a nifty thunder sound effect and turns Maelstrom bar shiny when you have enough Maelstrom to spend on Earth Shock/Earthquake.
Flame Shock icon shines when target does not have Flame Shock debuff, otherwise counts down the duration on target.
Wind Shear icon appears & glows when target is casting an interruptible spell + Wind Shear is usable. Spell CD icon is in same spot.
Center icon has options for Master of the Elements buff, Flux Melting buff, Ice Fury + charges, or Fire Ele's Meteor.
Storm Elemental's Tempest buff pops up an icon and makes a Ding! sound when it's ready to be used.
