—> Two different ways of activating it:
1) "Trigger > All triggers" will activate it when you have both Elusive Brawler + Dodge % (Recommended)
2) "Trigger > Any triggers" will show the bar without any colour when you have any Dodge %, and the colours will activate when you have Elusive Brawler.
Inactive by default, there are 2 Text strings to keep track of the remaining time and the stacks of Elusive Brawler.
The coloured bar itself keeps track of the remaining time of Elusive Brawler.
