WeakAura made for Windwalker Monk's legendary - The Emperor's Capacitor. Shows how many stacks you have and gradually updates a lightning texture. Gives a small sound at 20 stacks to remind your lazy ass to use CJL. Thought I would make this since Emp's Cap is probably going to be BiS for WW single target tomorrow (7.2) and I might actually use it on Krosus/StarBitch/Botanist etc.
