Warns when Conflagration starts casting on you during the Eredar Twins encounter. Does not require targeting or /focus, *if* you have enemy name plates showing. Otherwise you do have to either be targeting Grand Warlock Alythess, or have her on /focus.
This is my slightly modified version of Bluephobia's re-work that fixed my WA. I wanted to test a shorter delay for evaluating the boss target, and to offset the timer animation by this delay.
