They need to be placed in separate folders in your interface folder so they appear like below
Interface\CustomTextures\mortisfs.tga
Interface\CustomSounds\mortis.ogg
*Note* This works on a monitor set at 1920x1080, if your resolution is higher, youll need to adjust the position settings under the display tab to increase the width or height.
