The WA displays the racial icon when:
1) Removable debuff(s) on your character are active, including how much primary stat you'll gain from removing the debuffs;
2) When the racial ability is available;
3) Glow when activated with buff duration displayed.
The WA will not display if the ability is on cooldown, regardless of any active removable debuffs on your character.
Bleeds have to be manually added to the WA under 'Trigger 2'. I have added all relevant bleeds from Castle Nathria, SL dungeons and classes (rogue/druid/warrior) including any shadowlands legendaries and covenant abilities which have a bleed component.
